- Card Cubby® will never sell or share your contact information with any outside entity. All information is kept in the strictest confidence. We require personal information only for the purpose of verifying credit card purchases and delivery requests.
- Returns & Exchanges
- info@cardcubby.com to request a return/exchange and be sure to include your order number and date. All returns/exchanges must be authorized prior to return within 30 days. Shipping fees will not be refunded. No Card Cubbies that have unwrapped cards will be accepted for return.
- Cancellation of orders
- Please contact info@cardcubby.com to cancel your order. Be sure to include the order number and date. If your order has not yet been shipped we will refund the entire amount to your credit card (shipping charges and taxes, if applicable, are included).
- Sales Tax Information
- Card Cubby® is required by Florida law to charge Florida residents 6.0% sales tax on all products. Sales tax will be automatically added to orders shipped within the State of Florida. All orders shipped outside of Florida are not taxable.
- Out of stock or backordered items
- Card Cubby® will always make every effort to have your selection in stock. Occasionally, due to high demand, some of our items may be back ordered and take 2-5 weeks for delivery. If we are out of stock or back ordered on certain items, we will notify you by e-mail.
